Elena isn't just a photographer — she's a woman who understands the weight of being seen. Born in Germany, raised on both coasts, and rooted in service (Army brat through and through), she brings a rare combination of artistic precision and genuine human warmth to every session.
By day she operates as a Business Analyst, bringing structure, intention, and detail-orientation to everything she touches. Behind the lens, she's in her element — capturing the version of you that's always been there, fully present and impossible to ignore.
Elena's sessions aren't just headshots. They're a reveal. She creates an environment where you can exhale, laugh, and let the real you come through — because that's the version worth capturing.

Use Acuity Scheduling for Day 2 headshot slots (20-min appointments, 5-min buffers, 10 AM–3 PM). Use Squarespace Commerce product pages for Day 1 and Full Experience tickets. Gate the Acuity headshot link inside the purchase confirmation email.

Before you book,
here's what to know.
No — the headshot session on Day 2 is available as a standalone booking. That said, many attendees find that coming to the workshop first means they show up to their headshots with a completely different energy. The Full Experience is designed for exactly that reason.
After completing your ticket purchase, you'll receive a confirmation email with a private link to schedule your 20-minute headshot slot. Full Experience ticket holders get priority access to choose their slot first.
Elena will send styling guidance after you book. In general: solid colors over patterns, something that reflects how you show up professionally, and at least two outfit options. The goal is for your images to feel like you — elevated.
You'll receive 3–5 professionally edited digital images within 7 business days of your session. These are high-resolution files ready for LinkedIn, websites, press bios, and speaking profiles.
Tickets are non-refundable but fully transferable. If something comes up, you may transfer your ticket to someone else with at least 48 hours notice. Headshot slots can be rescheduled with 48 hours notice.
The venue will be confirmed and shared with all registered attendees via email. It will be centrally located and accessible. Keep an eye on your inbox after you book!
